230 TE Missfire
Help
My 1990 TE has a problem.
Phase 1 -It started with a persistant missfire above 2500rpm under load, the car freely revved above that at standstill, below 2500 it drove OK.
Phase 2 It then developed into a serious missfire all the way from 1000rpm. I stopped the vehicle turned off waited for a few minutes, restarted and we went back to phase 1. On revving the car it ran out of revs at 4000 rpm.
I connected upastrobe light and found a spark on each lead.
Anybody out there have a fix?
