The radiator fan is not working.

Is it common to that controller module located togheter to radiator fan to fail???

you need to do some basic chack first such as checking if there is power, fuse, actuation, etc.

 

I agree with Sleepwalker.
However, what makes you think that the fan is not working? (I assume that it is an electric fan on your model.)

Is the temp gauge reading very high in traffic or is it just that it isn't coming on at this time of year? Not sure where you live. Winter?
When you checked for fan operation was the A/C on?
Do the blades on the fan turn smoothly. (Ensure ignition is turned off and that the engine is cold when you do this)
