2009 e350 radio comes on, no sound

2009 e350 radio comes on, no sound
This problem occurred after pulling fuses looking for a blown horn fuse. Found that, replaced it, horn works but radio (comand) comes on, shows all normal but will not volume up. Does it need a code entered?
