Got a weird problem going on with my sl. Whenever I press the gas the left headlight flickers than goes out. It will stay on if I don’t touch the gas. I swapped the left headlight with the right side and it still goes out so it’s not in the light. I had this car for 15 years I never had any issues like this, it’s a real head scratcher for sure. About 5 years ago we had a really heavy rain the garage that I keep the car in got flooded out and water got inside the car enough to wet the rugs but that was it. I pulled the interior shortly after and the modules that are under the seats were submerged in water. I quickly disconnect the batteries and unplugged everything and dried it out with fans for like a week. I plugged everything back in and everything was fine not a single issue. I dunno if that could have played a part in it years down the line and I don’t know what those modules control. Can anybody point me in the rite direction as to where to look next?
