So I have had some on going electrical issues with this car. I have tracked it down to a water leak in the driver side. Under the trim for the rocker panel there are two bus connecters and all wires were corroded I have cleaned everything up, my problem is the buss connector it self has seen better days. The wires are solid brown and brown with a red tracer. Is this connecter for all of the plugs just a point to connect all of the wires? Or is there something else going on in the connector? My thought was to solider all the browns together and then soldier all the browns with red tracer together. Eliminating the connector block. Thanks for any help.
