I have a 2003 ML 350, with a dealer installed towing package. I have NEVER towed anything with my SUV until recently when i bought a boat. Sea Doo 2008. New trailer.

When I hook up, and turn on the headlight, everything lights up like it suppose to. When When I step on the break or turn on signal lights, nothing become brighter or flashes. I called Sea Doo they claim that it is problem with MB. I called MB, they say it is with Sea Doo or stop by and they will charge me $200 to look at it, wow. Never used the tow package now I have to pay just to have it looked at? My MB warranty just ran out... thanks for any help, this is my email, mdjdphd@pol.net thanks (jim)
