Default 2000 S430 - A/C Blower works intermittently

I have a 2000 S430. about a month and a half ago, my i noticed my a/c acting weird. When it's cool outside (like the morning or night time), the a/c works perfectly. When i come out of work to go to lunch in the afternoon, after the day warms up, the a/c WON'T work... I know the a/c compressor is working because i can feel ice cold air coming through the vents from the draft while i'm driving, but it's just not blowing out. This is pissing me off because it's backwards lol when it's hot outside it won't work, but when it's cool and i don't need it, it blows perfectly... help!!!

lol does anybody have any ideas before replacing the blower motor?

thanks

EITHER BLOWER MOTOR REGULATOR OR PROBLEMS WITH AIR FLAPS. CHECK VOLTAGE AT BLOWER AND MAKE SURE THE CABIN AIR FILTERS ARE NOT PLUGGED. LIKELY BLOWER REGULATOR (CONTROLS VOLTAGE TO BLOWER VIA SIGNAL WIRE FROM A/C CONTROLLER). LOWER SPEEDS WILL HAVE LOWER VOLTAGE 3-8V, HIGHEST WILL HAVE 12-14V

ok i have an update... last night when i went to go get some food, the heater was blowing, then all of a sudden it sounded like the blower motor was spinning off-axis or something... kinda like it was wobbling or something... then it went back to normal... possible blower motor going out?
