I have 2000 ML430. It has been working fine with remote key to open and lock the car until a few days ago. My car wouldn't lock with my remote key nor open the doors if I manually lock it.
I thought battery was dead so I changed with brand new batteries but it still wouldn't lock nor open the car.


The central locking button on near driver seat console doesn't work either.
I pressed that button and it wouldn't lock the doors.
So I left doors open for few days. I locked the car manually and tried to open with remote key and it still wouldn't work so I opened the driver side door with actual key.


Sometimes alarm goes off when I open the door when it was not even locked.
someone mentioned about fuse. I don't know where that is.
Can someone help me please?
