A couple of things; I need to know what tools I need to change out control arms and ball joints. Can anyone direct me to a good step by step pictorial on how to do it myself.? Also, suggestions on best place online to find the needed parts?
Getting multiple misfires, plugs and wires changed already, and coil packs. I had to install wires and coil packs myself. Not sure what type plugs mechanic replaced old ones with. Now I'm getting misfire on 7& 8. Could plugs be bad already? Or coil packs? Or wires? The codes I got were p307, 308 & 300. Does anyone have a diagram showing position of 7 & 8 cylinder on engine?
Is there a way to check 02 sensors or MAF? Don't want replace if it's not time! Could it be fuel filter need replacing; the cel came on stayed on for awhile like maybe 1-2 days and went off.. Also, I need to know how many 02 sensors on this car, I think I counted at least 3? How many fuel filters too?
I want to get some of this stuff done before moving on to valve cover gasket replace and brakes and swapping out all the fluids.

 

#7 & #8 are the left side, drivers side the last 2 spark plugs closest to the firewall.
The misfire is most likely not related to your fuel filter. You have 1.
I would suspect that the spark plug wire connections are the issue at 7 and 8. Make sure they are clicked fully in place.
