I have an instrument cluster where the clock pixels are not reading properly. Is there anyone out there who reparis them, reasonable? Does the computer have to be reprogrammed after having the cluster out? I had it out to look at it and once reinstalling it the dummy lights are staying on, I am thinking it has to be taken back to the dealer to be reprogrammed. Any help would be greatly appreciated. There are people who rebuild these but it is not cheap and your car may not run while the dash is out for repairs. The dealer will charge you a fortune. If you are a DIYer, read the following thread and also visit the helpful website:

Glad it worked! Do you have any advice you can share that you learned during the process which wasn't covered in those other threads? Any potential pitfalls or things to watch out for while you work?
