1989 429sel
I have blower motor that wont come on, it spins freely and is not binding. There is a 15 or 16 amp fuse located outside of the fuse panel. Does nayone know where it is located on the car. I found an outside item that looks like it might be it but it looks like a resistor. Thanks bruce 420sel
