previous owner has the AC compressor hotwired and had been working fine but the blower motor quit working now and am trying to get it running. The fan will not work on heat or cool, not defrost, panel or floor. Apparently just a dead fan motor? Is there any other reasons that the blower or fan motor will not work other than the brushes? Need info on how to access the fan motor and all I know is it is supposed to be under the wiper motor.

 

The fan seems good, put 12v to it and it works, any ideas? How do you diagnose the climate control panel?
