02 ML 320 radio removal and install with nav

I have a 2002 ML 320 and the radio without Nav is going out I want to remove and Install a radio with Nav. What do I need to make it work.

you can still use the same headunit, the nav unit drops into the radio from the top. I think you will need to also reconfigure the fiber optic ring...dealer might need to do that for you.
