W202 '99 sport comes with faux carbon fiber door pillar trim. After years of use the carbon fiber patterern wears away.
I've found a couple of aftermarket appliques that "stick" on over the existing trim panal, but fear it will look like what it is-an extra piece of stuff stuck on my door.

Yes. I posted the same there and have just purchased some from an ebay seller. It's real CF and am hoping for the best.
