Default Turbo 240d's

This is meant just a fun thread on the viability of turbo-charging an old 240d 4 cylinder. I KNOW it's not cost effective, and the power gains probably wouldn't in any way justify doing it, but just for the sake of discussion, what would it entail? Certainly, you'd have to re-ring it, and lower the compression. But what turbo-chargers would be best for a retro-fit? Would the injection pump have to be changed? What about heat dispersment? Could the engine even handle it? Again, this is just meant for fun, so feel free to comment! Not to be heavy handed in the discussion, but this is not meant to be a discussion on engine swapping - (this is not a dig, Forcedinduction, I know you swapped your engine :-) sure, it'd be easier - but keep it true to the idea's at hand please!
