so my 300SD tumbler is stuck and it wont go int position 1,2 and start, all it dose is wont turn, my key is not stuck in the tumbler (thank god) anyways how do you remove that tumbler my car is a 300SD 1984

Try wiggling the steering wheel while turning the key. I think the tumbler is surrounded by heavy metal

 

I tried that steering and key thing and its not working, i am using the original key but it looks like the key when too far back, do you think that it time to use a drill to ge that tumbler out????
