Diesel transmission oil

RE: Diesel transmission oil
the systems are as separate as in humans the circulatory system is from the respiratory.
Just look at whatever the manual says the transmission requires.
The only difference you find in a diesel vehicle is the engine. That has become more difficult in the past decade because engine oils no longer are broadly available for diesels as they are for gas engines, but that's a separate complaint. It'll probably change in N. America, once we catch up to the predominance of diesels in Europe.
