diesel in oil

diesel in oil
Have a 07 e320 bluetec, with 105k.
Sent in a sample to black stone when I changed the oil at 101k.
report came back saying that they found 4.5% fuel mixed in with the diesel.
that reduces the viscosity to 5w20.
other than bad ring, what can it be?
And we have been religious with the maintenance, oil changes at every 5k miles
