190D voltage regulator location?

Default 190D voltage regulator location?
Two questions, does anyone know where on a 190D is the voltage regulator? Also how do I remove and replace the drive belt?

on my 87 190d it is on the back of the alt. two or threee remove and it cost me 17 dollars for a new one.
