Does anybody have a suggestion for a replacement radio, radio rebuild/repair or a place to get a good working radio for a 74 240D? I've seen those 'retro sound/radio' units online, wondering if someone has any experience or input as to how to go about getting decent sound in the car. I want to keep the stock look, and would like to use the factory head unit... I know I'm asking a lot, but I've seen sites where people will 'rebuild' radios and 'add aux for ipod' to older stereos...

How many speakers are there? I haven't really looked... but from what I recall... it's got a center dash and maybe something in the rear deck?

so with a glovebox radio it's basically just the factory radio for 'visual style', lol, and then the actual usable radio in the glove box?
