New member. Have a 1993 400SEL and radio does not work. Antenna comes up and then LCD screen displays E2 . Disconnected and reconnected battery. Entered security code and it still does the same thing. Antenna comes up and screen displays E 2 and then antenna goes down.
Any ideas. Thanks for any help.

 

Just a tip. The title 'radio error code' or similar is quite frequently used by people who are looking for someone to help them get the security code. You might get more response if you modify the title. Sorry I don't have the answer. Do you have a radio manual? If not, you might find a downloadable one at www.beckerautosound.com
