Default Ipod integration on 2002 ML320/navi

This has probably been discussed could someone direct me to the posts or tell me what are my best options for an Ipod integration for my 2002 ML320 with Navigation. I also have a CD Changer in the rear. I have read a good amount of options but now I'm confused. HELP!!!

MB's integrating iPod kits are for MOST based cars. They will NOT function in D2B based cars.

If you have a factory fitted CD-rom comand, it is very likely that you will an auxiliary input in the glovebox. You can use the AUX to hook up an iPod or MP3 player, but you will only be able to control the volume from the head unit.

Other than that, you could try getting an iPod through Dension (I believe it's called differently now, though).
