remove the factory radio .....
remove the Vent Assembly above the radio - this is VERY difficult if you have never done it ... The trim bezel will pop off - then you can work the vent assem out from there. remove the (2) Torx T20 screws
Remove the console trim panel around the shifter- this includes the ashtray assem.
There will be (2) more T20 screws there -
The Complete center of dash will come out ...

BTW - do you have the Command Nav system ??
If so --- Ive got a great solution for Ipod --

The solution Im talkin about is almost the same cost .... $800 -installed...
IF you have the NAV Command System ... If you dont then you can get the simple AUX input only .. Parts are avail from MB.
