W220 License plate,glove compartment, & dome lights!!!
I recently got an error msg about my license plate light being out so i looked up the bulb type & bought some bulbs to replace. I seen that the license plate bulbs are the same as the glove compartment & dome lights but i cant seem to be able to gain access to replace any of the bulbs. I figured i'd change them all out since they prolly havent been done ever before. Anybody know how to change out the license plate bulbs? Glove compartment & dome lights without having to go to the dealership? I DRIVE A 2002 S430. Thanx in advance.

Why bother changing the glove compartment and dome lights? They are on only rarely or for short periods of time. I have never replaced either bulb in any car I have owned.
The license plate lights are obviously on for significantly longer periods of time and should be replaced in pairs. Once one bulb goes, the other follows.
