s 400 cdi speedtronic problem

Default s 400 cdi speedtronic problem
Do anyone know something about speedtronic problem? For the first this problem was at the first start in the morning after restarting the vehicle it was all ok. Now is on all the time and the car is a slow machine without torque. Distronic and speedtronic dont work. Thank you for any answer
