The fuse charts (3) for your car are posted in the DIY stickies at www.benzworld.org in the W210 subforum.
BTW, MB calls it a cigar lighter. I guess they figure if you can afford a MB you can afford a cigar. Happy Holidays!
If I misunderstood and you are asking where the fuse panels are located, there are 3. One is under the hood, left side near windshield, one is at the left end of the dash under a panel which can be accessed when the door is open, and the third is under the rear seat cushion on the right side. Normally there are fuse charts at each location. Tip - charts are German on one side and English on the other so don't freakout if you first see German.
