1. Can I install it in the middle (rear seat)? If not:
2. Is it possible to disable rear side airbags?
3. What type of the seat is the best? Does Mercedes has something special?

Yes you can. Mercedes makes family friendly cars. Go to your local dealership and they should show you how it is done. You can also go to your local Fire department, and they will help you out. Let us know how it turns out.

you can install it in the middle rear seat because it got seat belt to hold it.

it is not possible to dis-able the rear side airbags. not unless you unplug it and put 2 ohm resistor.

you can use any seat for as long as it got transponders (resonators) which can dis-able the front passenger airbag when installed. only the front passenger seat got child seat recognition sensor/occupant sensor.
