I have had nothing but problems with HBL of Tysons and with purchasing 3 MB's from them I am fed up! Any reccomendations on other MB dealerships in the area?

 

I've used American Service Center in Arlington. They have been pretty good. I don't like the fact that I get a Ford Tauras as a loaner car when my CLK is in for service, but I guess it's better than nothing! I've also used MB of Annapolis, but that is a bit far for me to go. That is where I bought my car so I took it to them the first few times. Overall, I'd stick with ASC. They are a good shop, and have been good on the customer service side of things.
