I just bought my car last month and realized there is no code paper with the car. Can someone assit me in getting this? my vin can be sent to your private emaill address. I'm currently in Dubai and really miss going down to my local mercedes parts and service shop and getting what I need done. Thank you for any assistance you can provide

you will need to get the numbers off the stereo unit itself and call it into a dealer to get the code. vin won't help. if you have two small horizonal slots at the lower corners of the unit you will need to get a couple of removal keys available from a dealers parts department or maybe off ebay.

 

in my case, my paperwork had the wrong code. so keep that in mind if it won't program with your code number after a few tries. may save a potential "now what". And the vin on your registration may help IF they need to verify it's not a stolen unit and it can't hurt anyway. I was no stranger to my parts guy and all he asked for was the numbers off the unit.
