Default Gas Door Release button??? Need Help

Hi I am new here my dad just bought a 96 mercedes C280 yesterday. We went to get fuel earlier and can't find the damned release button to fuel the car so if anyone can tell me where to locate it or if there's an emergency release anywhere i'd really really appreciate it. Thanks Travis.

There is no button, you just push on the right side of the gas door and it'll open up

Hi There,
I think if your car is unlocked, you should just push inward at the back edge the feuel door and it should open. I have a 2003 C240 and it dose'nt have a release latch. Your shoyuld be the same..

Thanks
ken

Somewhat but they could be used to driving Imports like Honda, Acura,or Toyota that have gas door release handles on the driverside floor. This could have been avoided just by simply asking the sales person though like I did
