Does anyone have, or know where I can get the little black end cap to the TILT/TELESCOPIC STEERING LEVER, that is the bottom lever, below the Windshield wiper & turn signal levers, on a 2000 S430 (without buying/replacing the whole lever ) ?????[/align]

 

im sure you wont find that as a seperate piece.

 

I figured as much, just hoped that someone had replaced their entire lever and had one I could get ........

 

i have a cruise control switch.. not sure from what car though. might be the same end cap. maybe it can pop off.

 

I will go out tomorrow and check mine ..... and take a measurement of "hole".
Would be great if it was same!!!!

 

it does pop off ..the one i have has arrows on it and it is a little bit longer than the stalk for the telescoping wheel but it should work. ill post a pic for you in a bit

 

Looks good - do you think I will be able to smooth out the arrows and paint it?
How much do you want for it? The "hole" in my lever is about 5/8", but looks the same as the cruise lever!

the arrows are only on one side and it looks even all the way around. so you could just flip it around and it looks like it will work.. like i said its just about a few mm longer than whats supposed to be on there. but im sure it will work,i dont really want anything for it, you can have it.
