Default '08 S550 Drive Dynamic Multicontour seat problem

Just took delievery of an '08 S550 yesterday with the Drive Dynamic Multicontour seats. I was able to set the seats to massage and Drive Dynamic settings for both the driver and passenger. The system worked for a few minutes and then setting reverted to zero. I could not reset the seats trying many times to do so. I finally took out and replaced the fuses for the seats and was able to reset the seats to massage etc. However the seats only worked for a few minutes and I can not reset them as every time I do the settings immediately revert to zero.

Does anyone know a fix short of going back to the dealer which is 100 miles from where I have the car? Am I missing something in the setup?

Thanks,

Default Massage seats

I just purchased a new s550. I have the same problem. The dealer has replaced the seat controller and seat back without results. Did you ever find out what the problem was? Was it repaired? How?

My Tip. Air hose leading from reservoirtank to multicontourseat has a leak and the electronics therefore no longer recognizes any air pressure, and therefore shuts off the seatcontrols. Look for squeezed hose underneath seat and nearby reservoirtank.
