I have a 240D and just bought the star to replace the one was stolen. I cant figure out how to put the Damn thing in. Advice please.

actually you need to watch carefully what happens (or what WOULD
HAPPEN) if you put the new one in.

I replaced several emlems and it is just a little trick.

You cannot get it out from the exteriour side, you need to open the hood
and pull the spring and move the 2 pins towards each other.

Let me know if it does not work

I'm not 100% sure but you can actually get directions for that, from the dealer .

I'm sure it' simple, but then again I've never done it before
