Wheel and tire package - yes or no ?

Hello All :
We just bought GLE450 and are being offered Wheel and tire package -we have to reply in a day - yes or no ?
It is $2500 for 5 years - covers repairs and damage...we are in Michigan.

What would your suggestion be ? We have 20 inch Cooper tires.
