02 SLK 230 Kompressor

Can anyone tell me how to adjust the headlights? l could not find an answer on the forum about this problem. I don't understand why all of a sudden they are really low.
I am also looking for a owners manuel as I have misplaced mine. There is no local dealer near me, and the two I have called about getting one act as if I wanted a kidney from them. :eek:
