That seems a little high if i were u i would ask 32,000 and take 30,000. But i dont know what options u have or dont have.

This is not an offer from me but i think looked at what they are selling for in Maryland and private party is $28,000 so maybe u should lower the asking price just a suggestion.

I bought a 2000 S430 about a year ago with 16000 miles for $38,000 with warranty. It was a brand new car could hardly tell it was driven, seats and interior perfect. MSRP sticker was $72,000. I had searched for a fair deal for over a year via local lots and ebay. Bought on ebay from dealer and was best value I could fine.
