I've got a new-in-the-box universal Magnaflow high-flow metallic spun catalytic converter for $65 plus S/H if needed ($94 on eBaymotors). It is the most free-flowing and smallest of their converters and the same ones I used to replace my stock converters on my C240. They measure 8" in length, 4" in width, and are 2.25" center inlet/outlet.
