Hello, my grandfather was a Mercedes Fanatic! He loved the cars, and was a mechanic at the same time. He gradually started building up his Mercedes and had multiple cars that he was fixing up.

He unfortunately passed away, and my part of his inheritance was all these parts.

I have too many parts to count all of them, but from calling the dealer, I have about $5,000 in parts in my garage just sittingthere.

I have never owned any Mercedes Benz, and I have no idea where his cars went that he was planning to fix up!

Here are pictures of all the parts along with part numbers.

What do you guys think I can do about this? Should I sell them on here? Is there anywhere that I can sell them all to?
Please let me know what my options are...

Included are everything from motor mounts, exhaust systems, and even a crankshaft...
I wrote down all the part numbers, and if anyone needs me to put them on here, I can...

Keep in mind, all of these parts are BRAND NEW, but I will be willing to drop the price to sell these as well.

As far as I know those headlights should go fast. They are wholesaled for over $350, but name your price and it goes to the highest bidder... Headlights and turn signals are all BOSCH!

Part numbers have the A ### ### #### right? I found that number commmon amoung others.

I belong to another forum, which is called Yotatech.com, and over there parts go amazingly quick for older Toyota's. I hope the same goes here, but if you know anyone looking, bring them here.

I am guessing the first 3 numbers after the A ### have to do with the year and car model. That makes it simple I guess.

Since spring break is comming up I have a week free for time to ship stuff.

What I will do concerning prices is I will call MercedesBenz and ask them what the "WHOLESALE" price is on the part numbers. Meaning how much theybuy it for. Thenafter that, I will continue to lower the price probably another 25%, unless you are really buying a lot from me (like the reservoirs).

But, do not take my word as final. I am a very nice guy when it comes to sales, but do not play me for a fool!

Shipping will be nice, nothing thrown together.

I will take payment by paypal, and possible by personal check.

It's been 3 days and not one request, or price check or anything? I figured I would be up to my knees in requests by now.

Mercedes Benz will not take back the parts for any price even though they have never been used...

Any options on what I could do with any of the parts to sell them. Please give me some feedback guys.

I am online every day. If you need anything I will respond quickly, as I have rigged it so if anyone posts here, I get an e-mail about it.

Come on guys, I could use some extra garage space!

 

I have more parts that I will update the list on.

I have a couple new tires, some rotors, and some type of adapter thing I will post up soon.

Why not try listing a few of these items on eBay and include a couple of photos of your other items on each listing , inviting people to email you for anything they might be loking for , you can then list any items people show interest in .

 

I have done that before Pontoneer. I put the headlights, exhaust pipe, and motor mounts on e-bay before. No buyers...

And, in the end I was out of pocket $15 because those ads cost money...

I will try here, and I am also on 2 other Mecedes Forum's that are doing quite well. When parts become scarce, I might try e-bay one more time to get rid of the parts no one wants.
