I have a complete Thule Roof Rack system for sale. I originally purchased this for my '97 E 420. I then updated the "fit kit" (the feet) for my '03 E500 (so, the rack will fit either model).


The system includes 4 feet (plus the additional fit kit), the cargo bars, the Thule branded wind deflector (really cuts back on noise) and a "big mouth" bike carrier (will carry one moutain/street bike) with both tires on in an upright position.


The rack is in great condition and you can purchase all sorts of accessories to carry anything from a Thule Cargo box to Kayaks. The rack is currently assembled so I would prefer to sell it locally. However, if you want to pay for shipping and think you'll be able to put it together without instructions (I don't have the original manual), I'm sure I can package it up.


Price for the rack, deflector, bike carrier, etc without shipping is $200 (these cost well over $400 new). It can be picked up in Haverhill, MA.

 

Is the roof rack still available?

 

Surprisingly, it is. I'm just not sure if I remember where it is now. :-) Seriously, if you're interested, I'm sure I can dig it up.
