Just got back from an emergency trip to Illinois and will probably need to make a few more over the next couple of months. My Mother in Law is not doing to good, Long story but the short is she has been in a wheelchair for 18 yrs. I need to get some cash flowing as it is all sitting in 3 Benz's. </P>

1981 300SD Gray with Tan interior. 192K miles, Looks to be original, Car was in South Florida it's whole life, No rust anywhere, Needs paint, Front end bushings and some interior work, Sunroof needs help closing, All windows work, Vacume locks work, Cruise is intermittant. Put 4 used tires off my parts car on it, They are 60-70% Would not hesitate to drive it to California tomarrow!!! 24-28 MPG in the 5000 miles i have put on it. $4000 worth of reciepts for the last 3 years found in the glovebox when i bought it. It has a new battery, ALL new brakes, Calipers, Rotors, Hoses, PS Pump, Steering box and hoses among a bunch of other stuff. Air blows reasonably cold. I was told the trans was replaced when the old man bought it with 175K on it and it shifts firm with no flares. Trans oil is not burnt or discolored. Car runs strong and FAST! This car handles like a dream! Adjusted the valves last month and replaced 2 of the 5 glow plugs. I have a clean Florida Title. I can meet someone up to 300 miles for free from Starke Florida. Could arrange delivery further for a reasonable fee or may be able to arrange delivery between here and Illinois in the next month or so. $1500 OBO

1981 300SD Yellow/Cream with Chocolate Brown interior. Lifelong Florida car also, NO RUST WHATSOEVER!! 239K miles, This car is pristine!! Paint is shiny, Interior is great, No rips or tears but the power seats need work. I bought it last month from a man who hit a bear with it. Replaced the fender,hood and condenser with good parts from my parts car. Should have a radiator by the end of the week. Has a BRAND NEW Interstate battery, It will go in the paint shop this weekend or will sell as is needing paint and an A/C Recharge. Make me an offer. Already drew a vacume on the A/C but i only have 2 cans of R-12 left, Need 3. Engine runs fine and drives good. 2 Michelins up front with less than 5K miles and the rear ones have around 20k miles. I have service records from new!!!! Shows all oil changes up to current mileage and much of the fuel used. Also have a clean title for this car. I can meet someone up to 300 miles for free from Starke Florida. Could arrange delivery further for a reasonable fee or may be able to arrange delivery between here and Illinois in the next month or so. $1400 As Is Ready to paint or $1650 with the hood and fender painted to match. Parts car 1982 380SEL Will pull and ship whatever you may need from it. Has a good trans and good rear end to do a swap into a diesel car for mileage. 239K miles, Engine is shot. </P>
