FS: 1984 300D
I realize this is not exactly a sports car... But I thought someone my be interested in it as a daily driver or winter beater. (This is why I bought it in the first place, to keep the miles off my Karmann Ghia) I'm selling the car because my wife is pregnant and we could definately use the money more than i need the car.
Good: starts, runs and drives well, shifts smooth with no flare(though the 2-3 shift seems a little early), ACC works, vacuum locks work great, all power windows work, all lights work. In the last year or so it's gotten new tires, battery and windshield.
Bad: A/C is non-operational, cruse control is speratic and only accelerates, it leaks a little oil which seems to come from the back of the valve cover gasket. leaks tranny fluid from the seal at the neutral safety switch.
I love driving it and I'd love to keep it... But, with a baby on the way the money could definately be used elcewhere.
