2001 ML430 for sale only 23000 miles

Ok ya'll......Im selling my ML430. Its a black 2001 with only 23,000 miles, has the extended warranty which has 2.5 years and 77000 miles left on it. Grey leather interior, sunroof, navigation (uses the cd), brand new Goodyear Fortera Tripletread tires with only about 1500 miles on them (if that much). It was purchased at a dealership in Tuscaloosa, AL. Has been babied!!! I love it, but my job is kinda up in the air right now and I am not liking the payment!! Asking $23,500.
