Please forgive my lack of Mercedes knowledge.

I'm currently looking to buy an early 80's 300 series Mercedes. I will be using Bio-diesel for fuel and the Mercedes 300D or300TDis the most highly recommended IMO and look incredible. The car needs to be in sound mechanical condition. I also have a budget.

I live in New York and am willing to travel within reason.
