I just upgraded from a 89 260e with 210K to my "new" 87 560 SEL with 140K. Car was idle for about 5 years (stored indoors). I invested in new gaskets (transmission, engine seals, etc) , motor mounts, fuel pump, some tie rods and the like. Car runs beautifully. </P>


Sun Roof Wind deflector shield appears to have a broken spring, does not pop up when roof opens....any suggestions on replacement stratagies here?</P>
