White men are very good at claiming, selling, and taxing things that absolutely do not belong to them.
US is a good example to start with. Now real native US citizens and their kids have to pay tax to white men.
White men decide where Indians can live. Hence...so called the Indian Reservations!
Now white men are selling land on the moon? Does not surprise me at all.
If Halliburton is selling the mining and drilling rights on the moon, I will not be surprised either.

Do the Chinese on both sides of this issue qualify as "white men" in your scenarios?
Just for fun, name a country where the majority populace was the original and only people to ever inhabit that country. Name a country where the majority populace doesn't fit your description of "white men."
You need to fast-forward a few decades on the American Indian thing. Everybody pays taxes, not just Indians. Why don't the "white men" take the Indian casinos that are popping up all over and making gazillions of dollars? "White men" don't force Indians to live on Indian Reservations.
