Well they are driving on the right so that rules out a good many European countries but i aint sure.

It's not the US. I'm pretty sure of that. The cars just aren't American.

I know of a spot in America kinda like that, though. There's an I-15 on-ramp in Utah that gets fogged up and iced up every year. There are usually 50 or 60 cars that get piled up before people realize something ain't quite right and slow down in time to avoid becoming a statistic.
