Prime Mercedes is trouble
 

Don't ever make the same mistake I did and go to Prime Mercedes in Scarborough Maine...it is the worst rip-off ever offered to man kind...they all work off comission and dig as deep as they can to pull your money for over priced/poor repair service...AVOID AT ALL COST!

YOUR KIDDING?????? I just moved here from Minnesota and have "my baby" 1989 560. I live in Kennebunkport, where do you go? What do I do when I need service? How bad was your time there? *by the way i am thrilled to have someone on this forum from my area

There is a place about 1 mile away in Scarborough on Pleasant Hill rd. The owners name is David...he is fantastic.

Oh by the way,,,the GM of Prime threatend me with slander....what a world to be threatend by a "used" car dealer. Prime is by far the worst I have ever witnessed.

Don't worry, RSaunders! From what I understand, in order for a statement to be "Slander" (he actually means "libel" because it's published in writing), it must be demonstrably false, and not only that, but that you knew the statement to be false when you made it.

Your opinion that something sucks is protected under our wonderful constitution!

Unless it's false that they work on commission, and you knew that to be false when you said it, I think you should have no fear.

I have heard of Prime not having the best service. What is wrong with your car? Selling it?

I live in Lewiston, Maine about 30 miles from Prime.
I bought a new ML500 in 2003 from the then Performance Motors.
I have since had it serviced at Prime with good results.
They are always courteous and the repairs have been done right.
They are not cheap but neither is a Mercedes. I'll be buying a second
Mercedes from them soon.
