Hello

I want to tell you my story.
I had job during 30 years. everything was fine and I had everything.
but crisis came.
the concern declared bankrrupt.
every worker was fired. and I have lost my job and now I am in despair.
I do not have bucks and I am in depression. :(
But in spite of this I am trying to be an optimistic women and i hope everything will be good.
Please, advise me how to get rid of depression.

Have you seen your physician? He can decide if medication is needed to alleviate the depression. Have you tried walking? Many people say that just plain walking actually helps us out of depression to a certain extent. Also, although you probably have very little emotional energy and may find it difficult to get motivated to do anything, have you tried just doing one small thing for someone else everyday? Getting our mind off of ourselves as well as elevating our self-esteem by doing something for someone else has helped some to cope. Hang in there, and never give up!
