Default Bangkok 'soi' food

Soi food is food that is sold on the streets of Bangkok out of improvised kitchens on wheels: food carts. It is usually excellent and each 'kitchen' has a loyal bunch of customers. We usually buy our soi food from a cart very close to our apartment. Though we could eat it at little tables set up around the 'kitchen', we usually have the cook bag it to take home.

soi = street

Soi food is good, so is asian food. As long as it doesn't have tenticles or is alive, it's all good

But I would not call Thai cuisine the ideal among Asian cooking. If we talk about taste and benefits, then Vietnamese cuisine is above all) But this also has its downsides. I tried to cook according to their recipes and realized that I did not have such a choice in vegetables and spices as required according to the canons. I decided to choose an authentic restaurant with national Vietnamese cuisine and enjoy perfect food once a week)

How many people - so many opinions.. I myself try to avoid exotic foods. Moreover, my health is not as good as when I was young. I learned to cook well myself using recommendations for healthydishrecipes - https://healthydishrecipes.com/ It actually doesn't take much time. Some of my friends say that I'm just used to it. But I really find the taste of healthy food more appealing than any fast food.
