Probably not, even thou Japanese emission are worst then the US, they also limit the amount of HP a car can have, and don't have the same crash standards. Also, there are no plurals, as in plural/plurals, in
German Benz can be singular of plural in meaning

You can import a car from most countries but it has to be federalized, usually the cost is $10K and up. I knew someone who brought in one of the orginal BMW's with the sliding doors, forget what they were called, the car cost him $9k US and $10.5K to federalize, the cars value somewhere in between.

More important is why "bra" is singular and "panties" is plural.

The plural of Benz is Benzes. There are certain people you don't ask for proper spelling and grammar advice. C280 wizard is one of those.

Yes, we are speaking English here. This is America. The plural of Benz is Benzes. Go to Germany if you want no plural for Benz.

And it's y'all. It's not "souther engilish You all!" Just in that short phrase, there are two misspellings, two cases of improper capitalization, an incorrect usage of a Southern colloquialism, and improper punctuation.

See what I mean? Don't fight me on this. You know I'm right.

Benz's is the possessive form.

You can also consider Benz' as plural, closer to the German Style
